State & Federal Laws

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as other federal and state laws enable children to obtain services that are based on individual needs and enable adults to receive special accommodations in post secondary education and the work place.
